體重41.2kg
身高150cm
體脂肪:31.3%
骨質:25.1%
41.2是我人生的巔峰 我從來沒這麼胖過
以前觀念不對 覺得36KG 39KG能吃就是福 不用運動 而且大家都說我很瘦
但是等連續撐破三件褲子就該覺悟!!!
瘦是看體脂肪不是看體重多輕 我41.2好像很輕 可是全身都是油
我不想要屁股長橘皮 我要它緊實翹臀
因此有女孩要一起運動嗎?
富士館運動一次不到一杯飲料的錢(請自己上官網看價錢)
認真運動卻可以消耗十杯珍珠奶茶的熱量(誤)
目前一個人重訓+有氧
課表
重訓: 跪姿伏地挺身 能做幾下就幾下
坐姿划船
Lunge 30步
羅馬凳
有氧: 滑步機30分鐘
跑步機30分鐘
課表是有請教過海灘版 版主建議改良版 有痠有效喔!!!!
雖然說運動是自己 但是有伴可以互相激勵
