哈嚕 美體版大大好
兩年前失戀過很嚴重導致體重那時直線掉落
失戀真的對我很有效啦 苦笑
結果...交新男友後整個幸福胖 = =
兩年胖了有12公斤有 真可怕
其實之前有笨很多次減肥過也花過很多心安錢
買了很多不切實際的減肥產品
幾乎你能想到的我都買過 = =
可是還是會突然失心瘋的大吃 但平時每餐食量很小
就是有朋友邀約吃到飽就會逼自己吃多很多
累積次數下來就很可怕
前一陣子終於下定了一個決心
今年夏天要回復兩年前的體重
不然看著自己罪惡的腿 真的越活越不有自信
有自信真的對女人很重要 我24歲
目前體重身高 169cm 61kg (今天量的~我記得前幾禮拜有到64kg 很可怕)
減肥的內容如下(大家可以給我意見改善):
今天開始第一次吃諾美婷 (有跟我醫生朋友詢問過了)
每個禮拜運動兩次 心情好可以增加次數
像今天就是X-BIKE一小時 按摩抬腿是運動完我一定會做的
勞工節閒在家真好 哈
話說還沒感覺到小諾有啥副作用啦
但我有努力喝水 水也變好喝了
中午也只吃一點菜 因為沒啥胃口
這樣目標兩個月我希望一個月能有5~7kg的效果
我會想太多嗎? 哈
