一年前每周還會打一兩次棒壘球
我的問題:目前這種飲食作息大概維持了4個月左右,不過成效不彰
體重大概只掉1公斤,體脂則是沒變化
不確定到底是哪個地方出問題
1.) 熱量算錯?
=> 中餐我有用電子秤+myfitness下去算
=> 晚餐沒有秤,只能目測
2.) 運動量太少?
3.) 吃的內容不對?例如晚餐是否太多?
