前一篇沒補上全身照,這篇來好好細細說明~
前幾日看著自己三年前的照片,又跌入回憶的深淵(誤)。
說起減肥的契機是因為大學剛畢業那年,班上有個朋友,體型原本就是忽胖忽瘦,
大學畢業那年突然整個瘦下來,瘦得健康漂亮,加上當時有喜歡的男生,
又因為進入傳播行業,這行業太要求女孩子的容貌,所以就奮發圖強減肥了。
我的減肥計畫是2010年7月開始的。
所以當時我就問大學朋友,問她怎麼減的,她說她最大的秘訣,
就是絕對不喝冰的!喝冰的會減緩新陳代謝,而且老得快,
不以減肥而言,純粹養生而言,不喝冰的也是好的。

當時剛剪短髮,話說我是回頭看才知道原來我當時臉頰的肉這麼多...
而且眼皮好肥....下巴也太圓XD

在蜜糖吐司拍照的,剛剪這短髮的時候老爸竟然說像小S (當然不是說身材),
老爸人真好啊....
而且我當時一直以為自己是D罩杯,但胸部都裝不下惹還在D罩杯...
後來瘦下來之後連胸部也縮水,之後去買內衣專櫃小姐說我要穿E罩杯的,
那我沒瘦之前到底是....

其實我原本就不算太胖(真敢講),而且我瘦下來之後體重也沒變,
我幾乎是只有變得更fit而已,這得多虧運動的功勞。
還有感謝這版教我基礎代謝率的重要跟線條之美,要不然我可能還在因為
體重瘦不下來就自暴自棄最後乾脆不減了~哈。
來說說我的方法。
早餐:空腹先喝一杯溫水,加速新陳代謝而且喚醒身體。
鮪魚蛋吐司去掉美乃滋,或者是燻雞蛋去掉美乃滋,重點就是不加醬料,
想喝飲料可以配無糖豆漿,或者是鮮奶茶不加糖...
當時我幾乎早餐都會吃蒸黑豆淋上蜂蜜,促進腸胃蠕動。
午餐:便當或者其他外食,隨便你吃,但重點就是少油少糖少鹽。
晚餐:饅頭加蛋或者御飯糰,配上無糖豆漿。
飲食力求清淡少油少糖低鹽,蔬菜跟肉還有澱粉都攝取。
我的基代有1306,我每天都會吃到1306+200UP
有人可能會說我晚餐吃太少,但因為行業特殊,我加班到凌晨是有可能的,
加班之下只求方便可以取得的東西。
運動方面,早上走路半小時(兩站捷運站)到公司,假日去操場健走20圈。
我是靠著走路才把肚子跟小腿減下來的。
胸部倒是該有的都有,難道我天生神力(毆)XD,雖然胸部也有變小,
但更符合我的身材比例。
而且我很嚴格在執行"無糖無冰"這件事情,飲料真的是太萬惡了...
飲食習慣累積下來就是喝甜的幾口很快就會膩,零食也不太愛吃了,
也不愛大魚大肉,因為大魚大肉多了反而會覺得身體重重的哈~
也不愛吃到飽的餐廳了。
現在的飲食沒有當初這麼嚴格,但我養成運動的習慣,從當初的健走
變成現在假日會去慢跑操場20圈,大約是四公里左右,
但慢跑這種東西會上癮,最近一個紀錄是五公里,
而且太久沒跑就會不安XDDDD
我這人不追求紙片人(反正我應該也當不了),
畢竟有胸有線條才比較好看阿XD(心中的女神是史嘉蕾.喬韓森)。
