版上果然這兩天一大堆人在問間歇
我這篇是想分享一下我的想法
間歇很好 但你真的認為你可以持續嗎?
一篇間歇文章一出來 版上一窩蜂都在問間歇
我是想問 你原先的菜單"真的"已經適應且應付自如?
先不講間歇 光是一個跑步 你不一定要照間歇練 但你可以改一下內容
例如你跑三千 其中有幾段用大約最大心跳的百分之七十五以上跑
但可能那樣的訓練強度仍舊不是間歇的強度 那so what?
我想講的 你要在乎的是"刺激" 你會停滯 是因為你的訓練已經沒有"刺激"
所以你應該想的是怎樣讓自己的菜單更多變化且符合你的體能現況
光有氧不會瘦 那就加入重量阿 重量沒效果 那同一個部位多做幾種動作阿
我個人認為真正了解本版的精隨的 應該是本版跟肌肉沙灘這兩版會兩邊跑的人
因為你在此版會知道當我光靠有氧會撞牆 所以我反思要提高基代 所以要重訓
重訓的時候 要怎樣做才會有提高基代的效果 所以去爬肌肉沙灘
我不是想要反間歇 只是我看到可能剛有運動習慣 或可能還在減重的
一上來就問間歇 連x-bike都也要來間歇一下
阿沒有間歇你就真的不會瘦?
我怎麼都不常看到版上想瘦的會說"我不怕做重量 或 我這樣的重量真的會有效果嗎"
結果告訴你間歇沒底不適合練
仍舊一大堆人趨之若鶩 可能renee大那篇真的廣告效果驚人吧XD
我贊同whitestripe(不知有無打錯XD) "為何減重初期就不加入重訓?"
然後停滯再來問說我想間歇?
