其實看到HIIT的訓練法是真的覺得很好玩
老實說沒有想到
會有剛開始運動的人會把這個當仙丹妙藥
然後產生訊問熱潮XD
以小弟而言
每次都做1小時很浪費時間 <==目的:省時間
健身房的電視沒聲音也不見得有好節目
而且除了晚上比較餓 衣服比較濕之外 沒啥感覺....
看到一個可以"短時間"有效率操掛自己的訓練當然覺得有趣!!

大概以健身為目的的都很愛這一行字
musclebeach版開宗明義的教 要大 就是要不斷操掛自己!!
老實說原文廣告效果很好 有一段是說比隔壁辛苦跑一小時的人更有成效
老天!! 難道你們天真的以為20~30分鐘比較輕鬆嗎XD
這就像做重訓一樣
如果有人說做四下會比旁邊辛苦做十五下的人更有成效
不要被騙了... 四下可能是100lb 十五下可能只有50lb = ="
哪個比較輕鬆我也不知道 我只曉得次數少每下都做得好辛苦...
