早餐:高纖無糖豆漿+(漢堡 三明治 飯糰 這三個互換)
午餐:(雞腿便當 爌肉飯(不加肉汁) 排骨便當 飯吃一半 三個互換)+綠茶多酚無糖
晚餐:西瓜 有時候沒吃
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:8:15起床 6點下班 12點睡覺(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:上班族(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
運動習慣:一周 至少4天 慢跑四圈操場

基於經濟考量 晚餐有什麼可以比較推薦的嗎
