習慣下班就跑去健身房運動
新手的時候真蠻坎坷
一開始搭配影片後來鼓起勇氣問健友
之後持續自己練了一段時間也越來越有信心
但發現進步的空間很有限出現停滯期
於是問了一個教練朋友
他劈頭第一個問題竟然是昨天幾點睡
想說大家都知道我就夜貓子啊
現在疑問是~如果我不改變生活習慣
真的練再多也沒有用嗎?
唉這種習慣最難改了…
加上工作的緣故有時後回家也得加班
根本沒法早睡沒辦法早睡更別說早起了
