不知道是不是只有我這樣,
我發覺運動好像會影響到晚上睡眠品質,甚至整晚失眠。
今天索性不運動去cold stone吃冰,發現我整個心情是緊張的。
似乎交感神經持續亢奮?
但是我每天運動不超過2小時,都白天運動,晚上頂多跑個2000,
也沒多劇烈?為什麼會這樣?
我是每天跑2000,一週有約3天去練體操,
裡面小朋友每天練也沒事,為什麼我會這樣?
教練每天練6、7小時的體操也不會睡不好,
還一直跟我說我練太少,所以晚上才睡不著...。
有沒有人有類似經歷?有什麼能改善的方法?
