睡眠與體重的關西 - 健身

前陣子體重狂升,足足升了5公斤。
但其實沒有甚麼大吃,也都有運動。
完全就像失控一樣。
於是我開始節制飲食,以為可以降個一兩公斤。
結果依然無法改善,還破新高。
後來我逼自己早睡,也沒多早,大約一點就睡。
因為工作的關係,我常需要晚睡,
於是我就給自己一周時間,盡量早睡。
沒想到體重竟然止穩,反降。
吃與運動都沒有變,分享一下。
查了一些相關資料似乎有根據,但還是覺得很神奇。
