因為想拼免役省時間
目前身高 175 體重89 90左右
免役是96.7 up BMI>31.5
大約明年2月底3月初會被抓去
有短期可以增重的方法嗎
朋友是說吃高蛋白的奶粉
再搭配重訓
只是目前我比較沒時間去重訓 囧
我知道要增重就是吃
但有沒有能吃的比較健康的方法?
