短時間攝取大量蛋白質有效嗎? - 健身

小弟最近開始減脂
看了幾個youtuber 表示減脂蛋白質攝取抓體重的1.8~2.7
小弟體重81 攝取蛋白質小弟大概抓體重*2.5 也就是200克蛋白質
但像今天 我中午吃了50克的蛋白質
下午到8點都沒時間吃飯 剛剛8點大概攝取了牛肉 跟魚肉 大約60克蛋白質
還差90克 11點我就直接灌2份乳清 加牛奶
這樣攝取有效果嗎?
