各位前輩好,小弟最近開始練硬舉,但感覺抓不到訣竅,練完隔天都是背超痠腿卻還好,
想請問大家幾個問題
1.應該要連續動作還是放下再重拉?
我現在一組是設定5下,平時做我都是拉起然後慢慢放回地上然後重拉,可是也有看到有
人不碰地連拉,不知道哪個比較正確
2.應該蹲多低?
看館長影片似乎要蹲到與地平行,可是之前學長是說膝蓋不要彎太多上半身沉下去幾乎與
地平行,總之就是想請問背與地的角度應該要多少
3.硬舉哪裡應該最痠
就我所知硬舉是多關節運動,胸背核心腿都會出力,我學長說大腿後面那塊應該最痠,可
是我都是背靠腰那邊超痠其他沒fu,不知道是不是姿勢問題
