硬舉/深蹲討鞭 - 健身

各位巨巨、辣妹大家好:
開始練習重訓約兩年多,幾乎都是自己摸索或厚臉皮地請教健身房巨巨
有上過一堂FF槓鈴團體課(十分推薦!)修正了一些姿勢
深蹲之前背槓時右肩到手都非常麻完全做不重,後來發現應該是右手肘飛掉
夾好右背後有改善些,但還是覺得右半邊卡卡的
最近照鏡子時發現左右腰線不一樣凹 (左邊的腰比較凹) 右肩也略低
不知道是不是因為姿勢不正/用力方式影響到肌肉不均衡?努力調整中
硬舉最近重量有突破一點,比較能抓到屁股/後側鍊的力量
但還是盡力感受肌肉修正ing
第一次錄訓練影片,想請各位巨巨大力鞭策,要改善的地方應該很多>"<
