小弟的狀況
髖部和大腿後側肌肉非常緊
下腰只能摸到腳踝上側
所以硬舉的時候必然會出現代償導致圓背
聽從教練的建議
先做墊高的硬舉
然後過渡到相撲硬舉 最後是普通硬舉
現在在做幾個拉伸的動作
包括腿靠牆
毛巾拉伸
還有一些基本的下肢拉伸動作
做了一兩個禮拜感覺有一些效果
現在想知道
如果想要高效的達成髖部靈活度提升的目的
讓自己盡快可以做普通硬舉
什麼動作 或者什麼器械是最優的呢
