硬舉對肌肥大的效果和意義? - 健身

硬舉很多好處我知道,人體的背面除了後腦之外其他幾乎全用上了
但有個問題
肌肥大主要要做到肌肉的反覆收縮
而且要充分的收縮,向心離心都盡量行程最大化
但,硬舉的動作,斜方,闊背幾乎行程都很小
這樣小行程這這幾個肌群是否也有肌肥大的作用?
因為主要這幾個肌群只是載重而已,行程主要集中在股四,臀,豎脊,應該主要肌肥大是
在這幾個肌群吧?
對斜方闊背應該效果不佳
是這樣嗎
