各位巨巨好
做了肌力訓練的硬舉,還挑戰了最大重量後,隔天感覺肩背就是酸痛。
但身為一個貪心又熱血的健身者,在背部尚未恢復前,還是想要進行一些徒手訓練
目前想到就是伏地挺身跟DIP,但是蹲好像都會動到下背痛痛DER
有什麼徒手動作是可以練到腿又不吃背呢?
