硬舉是否輕放 - 健身

各位巨巨好,小弟健身到現在約兩三個月,目的就是健康為主,其次希望身形更好看。
也因此硬舉每組都固定做12下,目前的極限大約做到85KG,練習的組數大約會有2組40KG
熱身,之後55,65,75,85公斤,一個重量練4組。
有看到書跟影片都會提到離心放慢這個觀念,所以我在硬舉時都會1秒提起,2-3秒放下,
但做到後面發現85公斤要輕輕放下,核心會很抖,下背會首先沒力,
如果稍微快速一點放下,12下可以做得輕鬆很多。
想請問大概在什麼樣的公斤數,硬舉可以快速放下不必刻意放慢?
還是說離心放慢不適合在硬舉這項動作使用呢?
另外想請問,硬舉一天做16組會不會不好?是否有更有效的分配呢?
P.S.小弟大約183,80公斤,因為都是晚上在家裡健身,現在的輕放是槓片碰到地板完全
無聲,快一點的意思是離心大約也一秒,放到地板可能略有一點聲響,但非摔槓。
