個人算是相當耐冷的人,
像今天這種天氣仍然是穿一條內褲蓋薄被睡覺(當然沒開暖氣).
方法其實很簡單, 就是"不要讓自己穿的太暖".
過去多年我冬天都僅讓自己穿的不要太冷就出門,
別人穿外套我就只穿一件襯衫, 穿大衣的時候只穿薄外套.
家裡從沒用過任何暖房設備.
當初只是為了要提升自己的代謝, 但後來發現人會變的超級不怕冷.
似乎還蠻有用的.
