硬舉是最能借力的項目嗎? - 健身

昨天在健身俱樂部看到一個男的,這陣子常常看到他,來俱樂部一段時間了,
不過沒很久,所以身材算就是比一般人沒鍊的路人稍好這樣,不過這陣子看他
硬舉的重量一直要往上加,加的幅度有點超乎一般人,所以想當然爾,
看他硬舉的動作,是非常的誇張了,圓背弧度非常的大(比職業比賽選手還圓背),
但看著他還是臉紅氣喘、表情痛苦的硬是拉了好幾下,有帶護腰和拉力帶。
雖然姿勢很誇張不標準,但還是把重量拉起來了。
所以硬舉是三項裡面最能靠借力拉起來的項目吧?
臥推、深蹲感覺就比較難用不標準的姿勢硬幹。
不過看他這樣硬拉,還真是可怕。 感覺不小心就會受傷了。
