硬舉時闊背肌的靜電刺激感 - 健身

各位重訓前輩好
我正式開始找教練重訓大約三個月
硬舉大約跟教練練了三周
因為我下半身的動作練很多 硬舉教練是幫我排在跟背部一起練
姿勢應該是沒有太大的問題...吧
延遲肌肉痠痛主要都是在上背
因為銀彈不足 從上週開始全自主重訓
目前為止硬舉自己練了兩次
但是兩次都是在我的重量加到之前教練帶我的最大重量時(50kg)
右下的闊背肌會出現像是碰到靜電那樣的刺激感
我甚至都覺得好像有聽到'趴擦'的聲音
聽起來很可怕 但是其實那一下過去之後 並沒有痛感
隔天痠的也仍然是上背 下背沒甚麼感覺
也不是要請大家隔空抓藥 主要是想問問是否有前輩有類似的經驗
是否有甚麼特別要注意的 是因為我核心不夠穩? 還是單純我下背太弱?
(我搬重物還滿常下背痠痛的)
或是我應該要再存一點錢 之後再請教練幫我看會比較好?
