小弟最近買了幾罐營養補充品
食用方式如下
ZMA(鋅鎂錠): 睡前3顆
非洲刺李膠囊:每次一粒,一天兩次,飯後
南瓜籽茄紅素膠囊:每日兩顆 餐後搭配開水食用
鋸棕櫚膠囊85%~95%提取:每日兩顆
蝦紅素:每天 1 粒素食軟膠囊,與含有脂肪的膳食同服。
ZMA與非洲刺李食用方式應該沒甚麼問題
想請教南瓜籽膠囊跟鋸棕櫚的食用說明為
每日兩顆他沒有寫隨餐服用 可以一次吃兩顆嗎?
假設分兩次吃一次餐後吃四種 這樣會影響效果嗎?
或對身體有害嗎?
