159cm 46-47kg 每周兩次左右快走約一小時
大約半年來用家裡Omron量
體脂都約25-26% 骨骼肌率29-30% 內臟脂肪1或2
康是美的數字也差不多
但之前在朝馬運動中心居然量出體脂19% @_@
我沒打算減重
我只是想知道 19%和25%哪個可能比較接近真實的情況......
