近期有開始在上一些運動的課程老師會教深蹲,有照著老師的指導做膝蓋也沒有超過腳尖。
但之後, 下樓梯膝蓋會痠痛無力, 尤其是膝蓋外側最不舒服。 去看中醫師推拿說o型腿的人比較吃虧,施力點跟一般人不一樣不是在膝蓋中間而是在外側。
想問一下有O型腿的人在做深蹲和重訓會有這種困擾嗎? 我是天生o型腿,施力點如圈起來部分
