8月中曾來這裡請教過,參考版友意見後
10月初的體測終於過關(1600m,7分54秒)
只是開心兩日後,發覺受訓有四崁...
3000m
第一階段期中 15:30
第一階段期末 15:00
第二階段期中 15:00
第二階段期末 14:30
唉,體能關的糾纏
在怎麼樣也希望能在受訓前練到15分左右
先過一階段期末,該怎麼辦呢?
大概明年1月1x號進去
目前還是用練1600m的練法,希望拉長到5k,不過目前瓶頸是我跑不完5k(勉強3k多...),超
慢速都不想動的那種狀態,需要停下走一段才能在啟動
目前最好是5k35分左右
跑2500m(14:39)+跑走2500m(20:xx)
不知道何時才能穩定跑完5k30分中間不停不走...
跑到5k真是又膩又累...這兩天就偷懶只跑2.5k/3k了
