小的我開始重訓5個月了
會練相撲硬舉是因為原本做傳統硬舉下背會痛
在問過一個健身房前輩之後他讓我試試看相撲硬舉
下背痛的狀況好了很多,所以就繼續練下去了
想問版上大大我的動作上還有什麼問題
還有什麼需要注意的地方
