最近在調整姿勢
之前都會有拱上背的問題
上一隻討鞭影片被說髖沒有爆發力
不知道這樣算有沒有改進@@

然後現在也開始慢慢不用拉力帶改用勾握的
可是勾握到後面
除了大拇指很痛之外
甚至會很麻很麻
是正常的嗎?
