各位巨巨大家午安,如題,因為小弟有一點椎間盤突出,靠復健控制平常也沒有明顯症狀,醫生卻交代要避免搬重物
平常健身也儘量避免會對脊椎施加垂直壓力的動作
而板上推薦練腰圍的動作不外乎三項和農夫走路,不知道有沒有其他合適的動作或練法呢
