各位版友好
小弟自學三項
之前硬舉不小心下背受過傷
後來就不敢再練大重量 沒測過pr 受傷前最多拉140*2
直到最近下背終於完全好了
於是也入手了一條腰帶
(之前鐵齒想等2倍體重在用 後來才覺得還是安全的練比較重要 囧)
昨天練硬舉 錄了兩段
分別為有腰帶跟沒腰帶的
想請各位版友幫忙看看有沒有可以再進步的地方

另外請問練完下背酸到底是不是正常的呢?
之前看板上討論說大重量本來就會 是正常的
但又有巨巨說 姿勢正確 發力正確基本上是不太會酸的
昨天練完回家也是下背有點酸 因為下背受過傷 會怕怕的
畢竟受一次傷就是休好幾個月QQ
