如題
最近開始第一次認真減脂,使用碳水循環飲食法。持續大概兩週了也算是小有成效。
想請問的是一般高碳日是為了保有訓練的能量,但如果我本身練腿的能量中碳日就夠了的話是不是不需要吃到那麼多的碳水呢?高碳日硬塞碳水真的有點累.....
