小弟去年開始一個星期上健身房運動5~7天
但第一次上來這個板發文
有什麼說錯的還請見諒
連假那個星期的前一個星期四
我有事提早從學校回家鄉
所以那天沒運動就回去了
星期六的時候家裡生日聚餐,飯菜只吃正常一餐的量
但蛋糕很好吃,散會後沒吃完的一兩塊跟掉下來的奶油被我吃光了
星期一二回學校上兩天課也因為一些原因沒運動
星期四時家裡出去玩
先吃了一餐很飽有點油的港式飲茶
晚餐吃壽喜燒吃到飽
八點多又上陽明山看夜景喝飲料
這段時間不只沒運動、有吃幾次大餐
有一兩天玩電腦時還會吃健達巧克力條(以前我不太愛吃甜食零食的)
總之這段時間不只沒運動(因為健身房限定會籍只能在一個地方,空氣不好我也不想路跑)
還沒節制亂吃
上星期二回來量了體重
胖了2.5公斤(102.4)
隔天退了一公斤回來
到今天已經只比本來多0.2~0.3了(100.1)
寒假時也有一次
因為我在學重考學測
學測前兩個星期減少運動量
前十天甚至沒運動怕太累、調整作息
加上壓力大
短短幾天就增加了一兩公斤
考完試恢復運動卻沒有降下來
還是繼續上升
寒假結束時比放假前多了四公斤(104)
但回來學校後運動一個月就瘦了三公斤多回去(100.X)
但以我長期運動的記錄
如果是繼續往下突破的
我以前住家裡大概一個月瘦2公斤多
到外地讀書後宿舍不能開火
外食就不免比較油、碳水比例較高
一個月瘦1.多公斤
這兩次都明顯比平常瘦得還快
所以我想問的是
會不會短期內暴肥的脂肪比相對長期以來長胖的脂肪還容易減?
我本來就不算瘦高中時80多
到考指考時胖到90初
重考一年甚至胖到116
所以我說相對長期
因為也不是說10幾年的脂肪
那些體重都是有觀察幾天的
通常突然增加我都會看個一兩天
有時可能排便比較不順暢或是沒消化完就會比較重(我猜得啦)
