突然長時間運動 尿液顏色 - 減肥

這一年因為在減肥
所以從過去的零運動生活逐漸到現在會一個禮拜最少運動一兩次,有時也會到四次以上,單純看心情...
運動內容
跑步通常跑35到40分鐘然後降速到緩和快走15到20分鐘
有時跑步機有時河邊跑
其他有時不定期會去打球三小時或是騎腳踏車二十幾公里(淑女車)
這幾天我有200km騎越野車(第一次)的計畫 不過是分四天完成
截至今天第三天已經170km了
平均時速約12km/hr(因為我會停下來看地圖還有休息) 可是騎的時候 時速表大概15-20
有時也會拉到25、26一下下就是我的極限了...
但是我發現這三天尿液顏色越來越深...
大腿前側肌肉會酸痛(但酸痛感還在正常範圍?)
而且這兩天太陽很大
雖然有擦防曬但有部分皮膚還是曬出水泡了...
因為尿液顏色今天真的有點太褐
很怕會不會變橫紋肌溶解症?
請問現在趕快補水補電解質能補救嗎?
還是等明天騎完再觀察幾天?
