突破停滯期要換有氧運動還是加入重訓? - 健身

去年開始養成去健身房慢跑的習慣
運動強度也有隨著體力進步不斷增加
但最近四個月來體重和體脂一直降不下來
剛好重訓證也到期了
所以如果我想突破停滯期 我該
1. 辦重訓證 繼續慢跑並加入重訓
2. 辦游泳證 換個運動
哪個比較好呢?
(暫時不考慮兩個都辦啦 因為有點貴> <)
