先請問一下,我這樣體脂率大概多少啊?
目前因為當兵,能用的器材有限,到斜坡做伏地挺身,斜板仰臥起坐&握推
穿上衣服之後人家都說我很瘦,可是我很清楚知道自己全身油膩膩 ~"~
所以都會去跑步控制飲食,希望能趕快把油脂消掉!
我想請問一下,就是我現在的腹部,都會呈現有點像"ㄑ"的樣子,
應該是說上面兩塊(我知道看不出來)平,然後下面就有點突出來
但是我摸的時候,那邊的油脂不至於多到會突,這樣是我站姿有問題?還是練的姿勢出錯呢?
還有阿~~我現在有個肌肉有形狀,但是都很軟,這是為什麼呢?
伏地挺身 30一組 一次4~5組 不用力就是軟趴趴
