竟然lbm一直增加啊啊 - 健身

前提一下我是女生 身高160
這一兩年正常三餐後開始變胖才變的有在運動囧
比較規律運動跟記錄體重持續半年多
簡單提一下菜單:
早餐 大部份都無糖豆漿+地瓜
午餐 非炸類便當 or 麵類
晚餐 跟午餐差不多
不喝飲料跟吃油炸類,水喝很多2000~3000
偶爾還是會吃大餐或甜食
飲食沒有太克制....orz
所以開始運動後體脂跟lbm都增加:
2/17 體重52.9 體脂29.5 含水51.6
4/14 體重54.2 體脂29.8 含水51.4
Lbm +0.75 體脂 +0.55
後來到板上問過也爬了文
這一個多月開始增加運動強度,
從不太快的快走改成慢跑,
飲食也稍稍忌口會注意熱量
體脂沒變,但lbm狂升....
4/14 體重54.2 體脂29.8 含水51.4
7/06 體重55.9 體脂28.9 含水52.0
Lbm +1.71 體脂 +0
這是為什麼啊....?!
雖然增加LBM不是壞事
但運動那麼久了一直沒減脂的原因到底是什麼?
有可能是吃太多嗎?
還是增加運動強度時間不夠還看不出來?
原本是每周5-6次快走,每次30-50分鐘,但也不算走很快,均速13km/hr左右,不太喘
六月初開始快走的時間一半以上改成慢跑,且規定自己每次運動都要5公里(時間30-50分),均速9km/hr,慢跑比較喘一點
Lbm為什麼還是一直狂升啊=_=
我也想體驗一下減脂的滋味啊...
