又不要臉來露出一下前蹲影片惹
今天來個185kg
有綁腰帶核心挺穩挺穩 所以感覺比較輕鬆一點
檢討的重點是recovery的時候上半身有點垮掉, 肩膀會有點往前圓
雖說影片可能看不太出來就是了
總之 希望下次分享的時候是200kg前蹲 GO~~GO~~~GO
