小弟身高168 從小就很瘦 還瘦到免役
先上健身前的照片

幾個問題請教跟討鞭
1.身材變化
因為沒有比較案例,想請問我這樣的身材變化算是有在軌道上嗎?家人都說有差,但還是
想聽聽比較客觀的評論
2.肌肉進步幅度過慢?
十月的時候有量過一次數據,那時骨骼肌就有24.8了,過了四個月只增加不到一公斤的肌
肉量,感覺是訓練方式有待調整?之前是一週三練每天全身,這兩個月改成兩天上半身一
天下半身,但看到這數據變化,是不是改成推拉推拉比較適合?

3.吃
早餐都全家49/59套餐,通常都冰烤地瓜跟拿鐵或燕麥,午餐公司提供大概如圖,下午固
定喝一杯低糖豆漿跟兩顆茶葉蛋,晚餐大概就大麥克餐或麥香魚餐(牛奶配沙拉)或爭鮮
鮭魚飯,有訓練的話餐前會吃一個饅頭,結束後會再喝乳清,有點無法理解為什麼這樣蛋
白質會不夠而體脂肪會太高。。。
