第一次做鄭多燕 - 健身

先介紹一下自己的身體狀況:
20歲,女生,身高/體重:155/43
運動量:少。(弱雞的那種)
體能不佳。大概爬樓梯爬到四樓就會覺得喘的人。
初初接觸到這個版上就覺得好多神人,
會來到這裡是因為這個暑假開始長時間念書的關係,
發現自己的體能嚴重不足, 精神不好、體力不好,
除了希望改進這些,當然也部分原因是希望可以讓自己體態更好,
前情提要太多了 = =
總之因為之前修過韻律(戰鬥有氧、瑜珈)等課程的關係,
讓我對鄭多燕的健身舞很有興趣。
我沒有購買DVD,決定先看網路上的影片試跳。
我不確定我跳的是哪一片,有人能指教一下嗎?
(我跳的是YXUTUBE11~16的那段健身舞)
第一次跳的狀況:完全跳完。整個過程約半個小時,
我是在冷氣房跳的,本來預期不會流汗(我高估自己了)
可能因為我很弱的關係,跳完了全身飆汗,
跳到最後接近十分鐘的地方一個蹲、起的動作我差點坐不下去,
感覺到肌肉很痠外加手腳發軟,
剛跳完的五分鐘大概都坐在椅子上超級累,
還滿驚訝的,因為以前跳戰鬥有氧的時候也不至於手軟腳軟。
個人覺得鄭多燕的健身舞還滿適合不愛運動、運動量不大的人入門。
還滿想回家請我家的姐姐婆婆媽媽們一起來試試看的,
希望我跳一陣子之後就不會手軟腳軟了...
看到板上也有許多人推薦比利大叔,
但是看鄭多燕他們跳對我來說還滿有刺激性的,
可能是因為看她們身材好好所以更有動力 XD
應該會繼續跳下去,直到自己可以接受這樣的運動強度,
再看要不要改跳比利大叔,希望可以開始漸進的增加自己運動量!
