從50公斤6下開始

一直到100一下
只覺得這種累跟平常訓練不一樣
平常8-12下的肌肉會痠痛
這個大重量不太酸
但感覺全身能量都沒了
很有趣的體驗
下午4:18
之後感覺頭有點悶痛
這正常嗎
