第一次練二頭肌後隔天的酸痛 - 健身

我以前去健身房頂多就是跑步機和飛輪
最近想要開始練手臂肌肉
但因為第一次
所以就只用了二頭肌伸展器 滑輪
也沒做很多下
可是隔天起來 手伸直時感覺靠手肘內側會痛(感覺像韌帶拉到?)
現在第二天了還是一樣
這對新手來說是正常的嗎
這種情況我應該是等它自然復原還是去看醫生
如果想要等身體自行復原 我應該做哪些事會好的比較快?
現在只敢用跑步機和飛輪……
