早餐: 水果*2 吐司*2夾蛋or火腿
午餐:學校自助餐60元 不吃肥肉 不吃炸的 青菜居多
晚餐:柳丁 水果 青菜
日常作息時間:1點睡 9點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
幾乎每天跑步5公里
在學校的跑步機
我的問題:
首先感謝板上各位的相助
在正確的運動下我從90瘦到76 真的超開心
外表身材都差很多
我自己很開心也比較有自信
但是還是覺得還要再瘦一點
瘦到70公斤
可以幫我看看我這樣做可以嗎?
因為我寒假都沒有運動
現在要開始
有沒有人是減肥成功
然後又再減肥又成功的例子呢??
希望可以分享一下唷^^
