廢話不多說先上影片 爆音注意

參考我上一次比賽受傷時 深蹲PR大概180左右 重新調整課表 同時苦練一段時間後總算時達成這個最重要的數字 200kg
體重方面我只有些微上升 目前還沒超過70
最主要的還是調整不再把深蹲硬舉一起練
而是一次只練一種再搭上超負荷還跟其他哩哩扣扣的訓練一堆
並且每次深硬臥都謹記謝宗庭教練aka健力goat的遵遵教悔,發力模式要儘量最好且一再重現 時間到自然就可以繼續往前進 。
之後破PR大概又是猴年馬月 總之先享受現在的喜悅
