分享一下我的方式
之前重達120公斤的時候才發覺該減肥了
半年後現在 88 公斤
目前比較沒之前這麼勤勞啦,因為課業比較忙,沒辦法一天一運動
改成一個禮拜3、4天左右....
按照大大的吃法 基代似乎不夠 ...
我的看法是,保持原則就好,不要將主餐減少太多...畢竟你沒有早午晚點
原則就是不碰甜 過油 和過鹹....
如果原PO認為自己是一個較無法克制的人,建議真的不要太壓抑
這半年的時間我保持這幾個原則,基本上正餐還是照吃份量正常
所謂正常就是,我會吃一整碗飯,我會吃肉,會吃菜吃水果
但我不會減少這些的分量...
第一、我是容易餓的人
第二、我覺得再減少分量基代不夠
第三、我真的很容易餓...
還有,板大有在運動...
所以...我認為你要嘛主餐分量保持以前的樣子 做點改變就好(把握原則)
