BMI:22(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:10%(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:蛋餅 豬肉漢堡 豆漿 (可能是早午餐)
午餐:會餓就吃一點 傾向少量多餐
晚餐:不一定吃
其他:下午餓了可能會吃一餐 半晚飯 三菜 便當盒那種
晚上會運動 運動前半小時會吃個麵包 運動回來如果餓了
會吃一點東西 看家裡有什麼 份量以不餓為主 重訓完
會看訓練量 適當補充高蛋白
日常作息時間:睡眠都有7小時吧 有時候11點才起床吃飯(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:學生(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
運動習慣:一星期上兩次以上健身房 重訓後飛輪15分 機器太爛沒顯示心跳
騎5分鐘會開始流汗 有時後再家睡前會做滾輪3~5組不一定
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我不會讓肚子餓 但是加起來吃的比平常少 照以上方式1個禮拜瘦2.7公斤
但是看很多減肥文都說吃太少 我這樣吃會不會也吃太少?
但是我沒有讓肚子餓 應該不會消耗掉肌肉吧? 到底健不健康?
平常常看健身版 但是一來到這裡發現知識明顯不足.....!?
