想請問各位巨巨
有沒有什麼食物是不容易飽又好取得的
為了增重最近開始記錄自己攝取的熱量
小弟166/50 目標是每天吃2340的熱量
但是我胃口不太好 吃不了很多就飽了
一天下來都要吃幾個snickers才能達到,感覺只是不太健康
想問有沒有零食以外的食物 謝謝
附上昨天吃的
早餐:蘿蔔糕/蛋/奶茶 400卡
午餐:魚便當 600卡
晚餐:油雞便當 500卡
點心:kit Kat /牛奶 250卡/150卡
這樣吃下來大概才2000左右
