不是達不到基礎代謝不然就是營養不良
就算可以達到了"理想"中的身材
但.....
"你(妳)能這樣吃一輩子嗎"
所以板娘們有建議哪些簡單入手又健康的食物嗎?
我舉個例子:
電鍋蒸地瓜
擦乾淨後冷藏,風味極佳,更可以放1-3天。
