我不是只想吃肉減肥,我知道只吃肉減肥很危險
也知道減肥是要少吃多動
所以請不要跟我說,少吃就對了
我只是想知道減肥或想維持身材不發胖,要吃肉類時
紅肉和白肉,那個對減肥比較有幫助,請不要放錯重點,謝謝
原本我一直以為是減肥時,吃白肉比較好
尤其是雞胸肉,因為脂肪含量最低
因為紅肉是四腳動物的肌肉 含脂肪及膽固醇較多
在食物選擇時 要選用去皮白肉(雞 鴨)二腳動物肉 或魚肉
對於肥胖 及 高血壓防治 很有幫助
順序是魚>雞,鴨>豬>牛
腳越少的越好,魚肉是最好的選擇,再來是雞,鴨,最後才是豬,牛
但最近看到一篇文章說
其實吃紅肉比較好,因為紅肉裡有左旋肉鹼
左旋肉鹼可以把脂肪酸從胞質溶膠運送到線粒體內所必需的,以防止脂肪酸積聚在細胞內

所以文章說,對減肥有幫助的肉類排名應該是
牛>豬>雞
請問到底那種說法是對的呢?減肥時到底該吃紅肉還是白肉?
還有這篇文章也提到,吃肉最好選塊狀的
比較可以要身體去消耗能量去消化
不要選絞肉,請問這種說法是對的嗎?
