上上個星期日,日本的電視節目
就是有志村健的那個「あるある事典」節目
( http://www.ktv.co.jp/ARUARU/ )
播出了納豆減肥法之後,造成全日本納豆大缺貨!真的不誇張!!
每間超市原本滿滿的納豆區全都變空的...
他的納豆減肥三原則是
1.每天吃兩盒
(為了增加DHEA而所需的異黃酮的量,大約是兩盒納豆的量)
2.早晚各吃一盒
(為了要讓血液中的異黃酮維持一定的水準,早晚各吃一盒比較有效)
3.好好攪拌,並放置二十分鐘以上再吃
(這樣可以增加polyamine,不僅可以變年輕,還可以減肥!)
然後吃飯的量就跟以前一樣,不需特別改變
實驗之後,兩個星期平均減了三公斤
不過我自己是不知道實際效果到底怎樣,因為根本買不到納豆實驗 XD
有興趣的人可以試試看,如果在台灣買得到納豆的話.....
