純重訓的減脂? - 健身

開始認真請教練上重訓課有一個半月左右了
我深深體會到有教練的好處
尤其是有些動作 若不是教練盯著看
很有可能都是借力使力 真正該使力的肌群反而沒怎麼用到
另外 當要訓練超出負荷的重量時 沒有教練的輔助
一方面有些危險 一方面自己真的會偷懶 組數絕對會比教練要求的要少
由於我都是早上的時間去上課 下午要上班到晚上十點多才回到家
所以我早上重訓完 也沒太多的體力去做有氧
而我又是一三五早上重訓課 訓練算是滿緊湊的
一個半月下來體重減少大概1~2 Kg 體脂降了5%(29.1%降到23.8%)
其實我不只一次問過我的教練
我是否該做有氧呢?
教練幾次勉為其難地說 要也是可以 但就輕鬆的跑步 三十分鐘以內就好
之後幾次的回答就是
他覺得有氧運動 尤其是慢跑之類的
一定會流失肌肉!
而要減掉體重 他是建議由飲食著手
總之 他很不建議慢跑 滑步 飛輪之類的有氧
他建議 重訓完走走路 走個20分鐘的路就夠了!
平常多走路 搭配飲食也就夠了
就我兩三年前 成功瘦下8kg的經驗
我那時是每隔一天就騎一次飛輪 強度接近一堂飛輪課那樣
效果很顯著 肚子很快就消掉了 但也奇怪
去玩一趟日本一個禮拜 沒多久就胖了至少一半回來
現在我體會到重訓的好處
身體更有力量 姿勢更好 能慢慢感受到肌肉的運用
然而 是否真不必刻意去做有氧呢?
雖然我知道體脂的數字比起體重來得有意義
但有氧的那種快速減重的經驗 還真讓我躍躍欲試
