跑800公尺的身材 - 健身

大家好,今天問的有點不關健力的問題
但不知道其他專版所以就po在這了,請大家見諒
我們學校禮拜天要運動會,小的完全沒有練習...
不過我的負重伸蹲跟硬舉已經有一個半月了,雖然在以年為單位的健身界真的是極短
但比起還沒練的時候,出力很明顯可以感受到腿部的肌肉
在這個禮拜也用飛輪做HIIT練心肺
我問了跟我一起健身的朋友,他跟我說體育學校800公尺第一名都是田徑選手是一定的
但第二名通常都是舉重選手
因為腿部的爆發力非常高
感覺800公尺是很模糊的距離
要全程都用衝刺但800又不是像100的短距離
前兩年完全沒練習跑3分15秒...
大會紀錄是2分38秒
我身高170體重58
深蹲跟硬舉都45kg8下
不過看長跑選手的腿都好細不像健身的大肌肌,我的目標是跑2分50秒吧...
雖然還是很慢但離大會紀錄差了10秒
想說可不可以第六名
先說我是讀女校全部只有16個人參加8百
上次跑8百的時候完全沒健身經驗
體重應該65吧XD標準肥宅
而且那時候連跑鞋都沒有是穿板鞋跑
問題就是,訓練腿部肌肉跟HIIT可以增強8百公尺的成績嗎~~
